Montessori School

Hello! It has been so busy here so I just wanted to check in and let everyone know what's been happening.

I work at the Montessori school, about a 15 minute walk from my house, which is located right in the Temple Bar district. The Montessori school is called Merrion Montessori on Merrion Square and I love everything about it! The children are adorable. They sound like they have British accents and are so polite. Our cooperating teachers, Niamh and Marie, are awesome and so understanding as well.

Temple Bar District

Our house, as I said earlier, is in the Temple Bar district, which means that we are literally located in the middle of everything. I absolutely love our location because everything is just so close! The first few days, I just explored our immediate area with my housemates, which are all awesome by the way :) We got to visit the famous Trinity College, which is about a 2 minute walk from our house as well. Trinity College

I am also a huge fan of the band One Direction and I had the wonderful opportunity to go to their first European tour concert at Croke Park, which is a 5 minute drive from our house. This was such an amazing and once-in-a-lifetime experience that I am so grateful I had the opportunity to see. We got tickets very last-minute and were up so close to the stage! One Direction Concert

This weekend was the most awesome of all, because I actually got to travel with my friends from Saint Vincent, Nubia Williams and Maria Jarvis. We went on a bus tour called Paddywagon Tours that took us to Corcomroe Abbey, Galway, the fishing village of Kinvara, and finally the Cliffs of Moher. This was exciting for me because I have always dreamt of visiting the cliffs and I definitely wasn't disappointed. They were the most beautiful things I have ever seen!the Cliffs of Moher

This coming weekend, I will be heading to London with my friend Morgan Zider who is from Saint Vincent as well. I cannot wait to explore a brand new city! See you all soon :)
