“When I came here as a freshman in 2010, I never knew the family I would gain from Saint Vincent. Through roommates and friends, and all the organizations I belong to, I found the family that I wanted to call my own. When receiving my undergraduate degree in 2014, I was nervous to lose everything that I knew. I was fortunate enough to receive the graduate coordinator position for Campus Life which let me pass on my traditions and family atmosphere. Now, two years later, I am faced with the same dilemma, leaving my family at Saint Vincent. While I look forward to new and exciting adventures, I will never forget the bonds and supports that I have made here. When asked what the hardest part will be when leaving, I can only look back and think of the family I found through professors, advisers and students. I know that they are only a call away, but leaving the place I call home and the people I call family is the hardest part.”
